Join Minton Marketing Incorporated as an HR Officer in Quezon City and become a key driver of our people operations. As part of our HR team you will streamline processes, maintain accurate employee records, and support leave management, performance management, and training initiatives. Your attention to detail and service mindset will help us operate smoothly, from high touch onboarding to accurate data entry and reporting. You will also support payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our staff.

Responsibility
- Process and verify payroll and attendance to ensure timely, accurate compensation
- Coordinate end to end recruitment including posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and extending offers
- Administer onboarding and offboarding, maintain personnel records, and support HR data integrity
- Manage HRIS records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality of employee information
- Support performance management processes, training coordination, and employee relations initiatives
- Administer leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits support as applicable
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal controls
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience or internship in a workforce setting
- Familiarity with payroll, attendance, onboarding processes, and HRIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office and common HR software; knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
