Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling various HR functions including employee tickets, onboarding, payroll, 201 files, and benefits administration.
Responsibility
- Manage employee tickets and inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Handle payroll processing accurately
- Maintain and update employee 201 files
- Assist in benefits administration tasks
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of HR operations experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
