Responsibility
- Lead the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Manage and optimize recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager in the BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
