You will lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, and craft compelling job postings that resonate with diverse candidates. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will design competency-based interview guides, source high-caliber talent, and nurture strong candidate relationships to ensure a smooth, positive experience from application through onboarding. This role also emphasizes process optimization, data-driven decision making, and strict adherence to labor laws and data privacy standards.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles, from job posting to onboarding, across all departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competency frameworks, and interview guides to ensure talent selection aligns with business needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, administer assessments, and prepare shortlists with data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, social media outreach, campus partnerships, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate offer management, negotiations, and smooth onboarding to achieve a positive candidate-to-employee transition.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal HR policies; maintain accurate records in the ATS.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, contributing to team development and succession planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
- Proven track record of leading hiring processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills with a focus on competencies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; proficient in data reporting and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and occasional travel if needed.
