Based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the HR Specialist will administer payroll processes, benefits enrollment and vendor management, and HR data integrity. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, investigations, and conflicts while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service excellence. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, HRIS stewardship, and continuous program improvement aligned with the company's strategic people agenda.

Responsibility

  • Administer and analyze compensation and benefits programs; support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee relations activities, including inquiries, escalations, and investigations with a focus on fair outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies; assist with policy updates and training.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS; generate standard and ad hoc reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate with vendors and benefits providers to enroll, renew, and optimize benefit plans.
  • Assist with talent management processes, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, including wellness programs and employee engagement campaigns.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation & benefits and employee relations.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code) and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
