J&T Cargo is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. As an integral part of our HR operations, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, records management, payroll processing, and employee engagement efforts. Your role will also involve ensuring strict compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in HR operations or relevant administrative roles.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
