Your day to day responsibilities include payroll oversight, benefits administration, regulatory reporting, and maintaining data integrity in our HRIS.

Responsibility

  • Design and administer compensation programs including salary structures, job grading, and incentive plans aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee accurate monthly payroll processing, tax withholdings, and statutory reporting to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Manage benefits administration including medical plans, retirement offerings, leave policies, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay in line with in market rates.
  • Support performance management processes and annual salary reviews with merit recommendations.
  • Ensure integrity of HR data in HRIS and generate reports for management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and HR partners to ensure fair and competitive onboarding compensation packages.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional certifications such as SHRM CP/PH or CECP are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR operations, preferably in healthcare or medical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HRMS systems and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; high confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving.
