Join Pilmico Foods Corporation as an HR Talent Attraction Specialist (Farms). This contract role supports the Farms division by building a robust pipeline of candidates for staff to manager-level positions, and by partnering with HR business partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to fill critical roles in farming operations.

As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, campus partnerships, and employee referral programs to attract top-tier talent. You will manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring timely communication, fair assessment, and a smooth transition for new hires. Your insights on market trends and compensation will help shape competitive offers and reduce time-to-fill while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and data privacy standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and measure recruitment metrics. You will also represent Pilmico at career fairs and community events to strengthen employer branding for Farms and the broader organization.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute proactive talent attraction strategies to fill staff through manager-level roles within Farms operations.
  • Source and screen candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, campus partnerships, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess suitability, and provide market insights on salary bands and availability.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews coordination, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies; implement proactive outreach and succession planning.
  • Enhance Pilmico Farms employer branding by representing the company at career fairs, community events, and collaboration with agricultural training institutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with all HR policies and the Data Privacy Act.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in consumer goods, agriculture, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines for roles ranging from non-technical to management levels with strong sourcing and assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus networks); experience with campus recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, recruitment compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics; ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.
