Responsibility

  • Assist in supporting the Total Rewards function, including data collection, benchmarking, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Help administer benefits enrollment materials, employee communications, and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and basic data visualization tools to track key HR metrics.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data gathering, audit, and process documentation.
  • Maintain and audit HRIS records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to draft clear, concise communications about rewards programs for employees.
  • Participate in projects to streamline processes, improve policies, and document standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of Total Rewards initiatives and respond to ad-hoc requests.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with numbers and data.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Basic understanding of Total Rewards concepts, compensation and benefits, and HRIS systems; prior internship or coursework is a plus.
  • Available for a 6- to 12-month internship and able to work in Makati City; flexibility with part-time or full-time schedule as required.
  • Fluent in English; Filipino language skills are an advantage.
