Responsibility
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Support management in updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal training sessions.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
