This role manages the end-to-end HR data lifecycle from Hire to Retire, ensuring accurate employee records, insightful reporting, and seamless system usability for the human resources team. You will collaborate with HR partners to transform data into actionable insights, support payroll accuracy, and empower decision-makers with reliable dashboards and metrics.
Based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya, you will own the administration of our HRIS and attendance platforms (including BioTime) and partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and data governance. Responsibility
- Administer and maintain the HRIS database across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and accessibility for HR stakeholders.
- Develop and publish routine and ad-hoc HR reports and Power BI dashboards that provide clear insights to HR leadership and business partners.
- Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems (BioTime), ensuring correct input for payroll and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to implement system enhancements, process improvements, and data governance initiatives.
- Perform data quality audits, deduplication, and data cleansing to sustain reliable HR analytics and reporting.
- Assist with payroll data preparation, exports, and system integrations to ensure smooth payroll processing.
- Create user guides and deliver end-user training for HRIS functionalities to maximize system adoption.
- Participate in HR projects, including data migrations, integrations, and testing of new modules or features.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR data management, or BI reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization; experience with SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and attendance systems such as BioTime; familiarity with Hire to Retire processes.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data governance skills.
- Effective communication in English and Indonesian; ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive problem-solving, project management capabilities, and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a passion for continuous improvement in HR processes.
