You will partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement controls that meet local regulations (Department of Labor and Employment OSHS) and CBRE standards. You’ll lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions that prevent recurrence. The role requires strong communication across all levels, from line workers to plant leadership, and the ability to translate complex safety requirements into practical, on-the-floor procedures. You will coordinate safety training, safety drills, toolbox talks, and audits, track performance metrics, and report to site leadership on safety performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. As a key part of the facility team, you will promote a safety-first culture, support emergency response planning, and ensure proper use of PPE and safe operating procedures. If you are a proactive safety professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and is driven to protect people while enabling efficient operations, this is your opportunity to impact lives and strengthen CBRE's commitment to safety.
