Job description

Refuel Creative is seeking a highly motivated HubSpot Marketing Specialist to drive B2B growth and RevOps excellence. This part-time role is based in Manila and offers the opportunity to shape and scale marketing programs using HubSpot Marketing Hub. You will own end-to-end marketing operations, from campaign creation to lead nurturing, contact segmentation, and performance reporting.

As our HubSpot expert, you will collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to craft compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target accounts. You will design and optimize HubSpot assets including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lists, and dashboards. Your data-driven mindset will help optimize funnel conversions, improve lead quality, and provide insights that inform our B2B RevOps strategy.

In this role, you will implement automated nurture sequences, align marketing activities with revenue goals, maintain data hygiene, and report on ROI. You will own testing programs, participate in content strategy discussions, and help us scale campaigns across markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex marketing problems with data and HubSpot.

Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns within HubSpot Marketing Hub (emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lists).
  • Design and maintain HubSpot automation workflows for lead nurturing, post-click journeys, and RevOps processes.
  • Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and contact property mapping to ensure data quality and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and product messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics, create dashboards, and deliver ROI-focused insights to senior leadership.
  • Optimize landing pages, emails, and CTAs for conversions; conduct A/B tests and usability improvements.
  • Monitor data hygiene, perform CRM integrations, and ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and external systems.
  • Stay current with HubSpot features and best practices; document processes for scalability.

Qualification

  • Proven experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub (emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, reports) in a B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of RevOps concepts, lead scoring, pipeline management, and CRM integration.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaigns, interpret dashboards, and optimize ROI.
