What you’ll learn:

Availability & commitment: Long enough to gain meaningful experience—ideally 3 to 6 months with a full-time or near-full-time schedule suitable for a student or recent graduate.

Responsibility

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including posting roles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support new-hire onboarding processes, from document collection to orientation scheduling and welcome communications.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help prepare recruitment metrics and reports to monitor effectiveness of sourcing channels.
  • Source candidates through job boards, campus networks, and referrals; maintain talent pipeline.
  • Assist with routine HR projects, policy documentation, and process improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance HR operations.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable working with HRIS/tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Resides in or can commute to Kuala Lumpur; availability for a minimum 3–6 month internship.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good time-management skills.
