Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Enhance job satisfaction by solving conflicts and managing performance reviews
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
