Responsibility
- Provide strategic HR leadership that aligns people initiatives with business strategy to drive organizational performance and value creation.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract, hire, and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Oversee learning and development, leadership coaching, succession planning, and career pathing to build a strong internal pipeline.
- Manage compensation, benefits, performance management, and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance with Philippine labor laws, risk management, and governance across the organization.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce insights.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and positive employee relations across all levels of the company.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a track record of shaping HR strategy in fast-paced environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development for senior leaders.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS, data analytics, and workforce reporting; experience with major HR platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; capacity to influence at the executive level.
- Proven change management ability and a collaborative, results-driven leadership style.
