Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations.
- Deliver personalized service to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
- Manage and maintain the showroom’s presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions, issue invoices, and handle payments accurately.
- Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
- Update inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide post-sale support as needed.
- Participate in weekly rotational shifts and support showroom operations across various islandwide locations.
Qualification
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales, showroom, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with shift rotation and weekend work as required.
- Basic computer skills for POS and inventory management systems.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
