Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Deliver personalized service to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage and maintain the showroom’s presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
  • Process sales transactions, issue invoices, and handle payments accurately.
  • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Update inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide post-sale support as needed.
  • Participate in weekly rotational shifts and support showroom operations across various islandwide locations.

Qualification

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, showroom, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with shift rotation and weekend work as required.
  • Basic computer skills for POS and inventory management systems.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
