BluePeak Industries is seeking a results driven Industrial Engineer to optimize our production processes across multiple lines. In this role you will design efficient workflows, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver measurable impact.
As a member of our engineering team, you will apply lean principles, conduct time studies, develop standard work, and implement data driven improvements that reduce waste and cycle times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about modern manufacturing and process excellence.
Responsibility
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish standard work and labor standards
- Design and optimize layouts for new and existing production lines to maximize throughput
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain to troubleshoot issues and implement root cause corrective actions
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and implement data driven improvements
- Support capacity planning and production scheduling with data insights
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Minitab or JMP, or Python
- Experience with CAD and process simulation tools
- Proven experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or higher)
- Ability to lead cross functional projects and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and MES
