  • Develop and implement standard work instructions, time studies, and process improvements.
  • Lead value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
  • Design or specify fixtures, layouts, and material handling to reduce waste and inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance to ensure robust processes and uptime.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare dashboards, and present findings to leadership with clear ROI calculations.
  • Support automation initiatives and data‑driven decision making using MES/ERP data.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and time studies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SQL) and visualization platforms.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems and CAD for shop floor layouts.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and travel up to 10% as needed.
