Responsibility
- Lead current-state analysis of production lines to identify bottlenecks and waste using data-driven methods.
- Design and implement optimization projects that improve throughput, quality, and safety while reducing cycle times.
- Develop and maintain standard work procedures, process maps, and value stream analyses.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable countermeasures.
- Support capital project scoping, cost estimation, and benefits tracking.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Python).
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% as needed.
