PrecisionFlow Manufacturing is hiring an Industrial Engineer to join a fast-paced, data-driven team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing processes, optimize material flow, and drive lean initiatives that improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.

Responsibility
- Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve cycle times and throughput.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects using tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, DMAIC, and FMEA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and procurement to implement effective solutions.
- Develop standardized work, work instructions, and operator training to sustain improvements.
- Plan and balance production lines, optimize layouts, and manage capacity planning.
- Model, simulate, and validate process changes to quantify impact on KPIs and ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits.
- Support new product introductions with design-for-manufacturability input and process validation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D).
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP) and familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
- Experience with simulation software (AnyLogic, Arena) or CAD tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead projects and mentor staff.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in continuous improvement culture.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
