As part of our Operations team, you will analyze current workflows, model future states, and implement scalable improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibility
- Lead continuous improvement projects across production lines to reduce cycle times and improve throughput.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analysis to inform line balancing and staffing.
- Develop and implement standard work, visual management, and 5S practices.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to design and validate process changes.
- Lead data-driven decision-making using SPC, Six Sigma tools (DMAIC) and advanced analytics.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and BOM/Routing updates.
- Lead layout and facility optimization, including line redesigns and material flow improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering; Lean/Six Sigma experience required.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Tableau) and ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Experience with process simulation and line balancing.
- Knowledge of safety standards and lean six sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen).
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
