PrecisionFlow Industries is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives across our manufacturing lines in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on optimizing production throughput, reducing waste, and implementing LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable business impact. You will partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to design, test, and scale efficient processes.

Responsibility
- Lead time studies, process mapping, line balancing, and takt-time calculations to optimize production flow.
- Develop standard work procedures and workstation layouts to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, and workstation optimization across multiple shifts.
- Design experiments, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective countermeasures (LEAN/Six Sigma).
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor KPIs, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership for cost and efficiency gains.
- Support new product introductions with process validation, PFMEA, and process documentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Experience with data analytics tools (Minitab, Excel, SQL) and process simulation or CAD software.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and safety/compliance standards.
