We are seeking a data-driven Industrial Engineer to lead process improvements, implement lean methodologies, and drive efficiency through best-in-class layouts and standard work.

In this role you will collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain to analyze workflows, perform time studies, and deliver measurable ROI. You will influence equipment selection, balance lines, and shape a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibility

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to boost throughput and reduce cycle times while minimizing waste.
  • Conduct time and motion studies; define standard work, takt times, and work instructions for frontline teams.
  • Analyze material flow and plant layout; propose and implement layout redesigns to optimize space and safety.
  • Develop and manage continuous improvement roadmaps; track KPIs and ROI for all projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain to execute projects and achieve targets.
  • Support capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling with data-driven models.
  • Lead data analytics initiatives, run experiments, and translate insights into practical actions.
  • Assess and support CAPEX projects with business cases and risk assessments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or similar tools; experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of plant layout design, process simulation, and CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities; ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and change-management capabilities.
