Responsibility

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, throughput, and product quality across assigned lines.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Design and optimize processes, layouts, and work instructions to reduce waste and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to ensure robust production readiness.
  • Lead root cause investigations (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Support new product introductions with process design, validation, and PFMEA.
  • Mentor operators and line leads in standardized work and problem-solving techniques.
  • Drive implementation of automation and digitization projects to improve efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics, SPC, MSA, and process capability studies.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, automation systems, and integration with ERP/MES.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Lean manufacturing tools and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
