Join Ironcrest Components as a Production Supervisor and lead daily manufacturing operations on our state-of-the-art assembly lines. You will mentor a team of operators, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with QA, maintenance, and materials to optimize performance.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily production planning and line performance to meet output targets.
- Lead and develop a team of production operators and line leads, including shift scheduling and performance coaching.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental policies; participate in safety programs and audits.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials to minimize downtime and ensure material availability.
- Analyze production metrics and drive root-cause corrective actions using data.
- Support new product introductions, SOP updates, and process validations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience).
- 5+ years of production supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred; data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical abilities; ability to interpret production metrics and implement actions.
- Commitment to safety and quality with understanding of GMP/ISO standards.
