Responsibility
- Oversee daily production planning and line supervision to meet KPI targets (OEE, throughput, quality).
- Coordinate material flow, scheduling, and equipment readiness to maximize overall equipment effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Coach and develop frontline supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO quality systems, and company safety policies.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), and problem-solving tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and MS Excel for data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record in safety, quality, and on-time delivery; strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automated assembly lines, PLCs, and standard operating procedures is a plus.
