Responsibility
- Lead and optimize daily production planning, scheduling, and workflow to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the line.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance management for production teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards (GMP/ISO).
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics to optimize material flow and inventory.
- Drive cost control and process optimization to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on production management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement methods.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and production scheduling software.
- Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong safety and quality mindset with a track record of meeting regulatory standards.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic plant setting and relocate if necessary.
