Join NovaForge Manufacturing as an Industrial Production Supervisor and lead a high-performance production team in Columbus, OH. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and on-time manufacturing through lean practices and data-driven decision making.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations across multiple lines to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
- Lead and coach a team of supervisors and operators, driving engagement and accountability.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance for planned downtime and timely repairs to maximize uptime.
- Analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Manage safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards, and conduct incident investigations.
- Standardize work, document standard operating procedures, and train staff on best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of production or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-focused with working knowledge of OSHA requirements and incident investigations.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and basic data analysis tools.
