Responsibility

  • Oversee daily production operations across multiple lines to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
  • Lead and coach a team of supervisors and operators, driving engagement and accountability.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and waste.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for planned downtime and timely repairs to maximize uptime.
  • Analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Manage safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards, and conduct incident investigations.
  • Standardize work, document standard operating procedures, and train staff on best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of production or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Safety-focused with working knowledge of OSHA requirements and incident investigations.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and basic data analysis tools.
