As a Production Leader, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products meet quality and on-time delivery goals. You will partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize throughput and performance across the plant.

Responsibility
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across all shifts.
- Develop and enforce standard work, SOPs, and work instructions to optimize throughput.
- Monitor equipment performance, OEE, downtime, and coordinate maintenance with maintenance teams.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control in partnership with supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with cross-functional teams.
- Coach and mentor frontline supervisors and operators to improve performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and prepare for audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in industrial production or manufacturing operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TPM principles.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle) and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs, drive root-cause investigations, and implement successful improvements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO 9001) and audit readiness.
