As a member of our operations leadership team, you will shape production strategy, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate performance across shifts.
Responsibility
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and daily operations across all shifts to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and optimize throughput.
- Manage production teams, provide coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and OSHA standards; lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability through TPM practices.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials are available and properly managed.
- Champion continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams and secure buy-in from leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP or Oracle) and MES/SCADA environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills; fluent in presenting to executives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and work across shifts.
- Safety-focused mindset with OSHA training or certification preferred.
