Responsibility

  • Lead daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet throughput targets across multiple lines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TPM to improve OEE and reduce scrap.
  • Manage and develop frontline supervisors and operators; build high-performance teams with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Monitor KPI dashboards (throughput, downtime, yield, quality metrics) and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to plan preventative maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company Safety programs; promote a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Lead change management and standard work adoption; mentor continuous improvement projects from ideation to implementation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven track record of improving OEE, throughput, quality, and reducing waste.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
