Join NovaForge Industries as an Industrial Production Supervisor and lead frontline manufacturing operations in a fast paced environment. You will optimize production schedules, implement safety and quality initiatives, and mentor a dynamic team to exceed performance targets. This role blends hands on leadership with data driven decision making in a modern, high capacity facility.
Responsibility
- Lead daily production planning and line performance to meet target outputs and customer deadlines.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve line efficiency.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and TPM activities to maximize uptime.
- Coach and develop shop floor teams, enforce safety and quality standards.
- Analyze production metrics such as OEE, yield, and scrap; drive continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and engineering to resolve process issues and implement new processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in production/manufacturing with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and team leadership skills.
- Safety oriented with experience managing process safety and compliance.
