NovaTech Industries is seeking a results-driven Industrial Production Supervisor to lead and optimize manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role blends hands-on leadership with data-driven process improvement to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across production lines.
In this role you will mentor frontline teams, manage production scheduling, oversee equipment uptime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibility
- Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Plan and optimize production schedules in collaboration with supply chain and maintenance teams.
- Monitor equipment performance, reduce downtime, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Coach and develop frontline supervisors and operators; implement Kaizen events.
- Analyze production data to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Manage quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with ISO and internal standards.
- Lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a culture of safe working practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and cost reductions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies; yellow/green belt preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred) and data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of improving OEE, cycle time, and yield metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance; ability to lead in a fast-changing environment.
