Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities across multiple lines to achieve planned output and efficiency targets.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen events, and process standardization.
- Manage line staffing, shift scheduling, and overtime planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize equipment availability.
- Analyze production data, generate metrics, and drive data-driven improvements using MES/SAP as applicable.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety initiatives to maintain a zero-incident culture.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Support new product launches and process changes with thorough risk assessment and validation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory or team lead experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma concepts, 5S, and continuous improvement
- Experience with PLCs, MES/SAP, data analysis, and production planning systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus
- Strong safety and quality emphasis with knowledge of OSHA guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
