Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and present options tailored to their requirements
- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with insurance companies
- Assist clients with the claims process to ensure a smooth experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and insurance software
