Responsibility
- Collaborate with APAC business units to identify data needs and deliver insights that inform growth strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across regions.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high data quality for analyses.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support marketing, sales, and operations initiatives.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling data storytelling for stakeholders.
- Assist with data governance, documentation, and process standardization for analytics practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver impact through data-driven decisions.
- Support the creation of analytics playbooks and SOPs to scale insights across the APAC region.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL or basic scripting for data extraction and manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with APAC markets or willingness to learn about the region is a plus.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
