Join WS Audiology in Singapore as an Intern - HR Data Analyst Intern in Global Rewards. In this role, you will partner with the Global Rewards team to support compensation and benefits initiatives across our global footprint. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to HR analytics, compensation planning, benefits data, and a range of data driven decision making that shapes how we reward our people.
As a valued member of the Global Rewards team, you will assist in data collection, cleansing, and validation, support the development of dashboards and reports, and help translate complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR partners to support salary benchmarking, merit review cycles, and incentive programs while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
What you will do includes building and maintaining HR analytics dashboards, performing ad hoc analyses, and supporting system testing and data governance activities. You will gain exposure to HRIS systems and data workflows while developing your technical and communication skills in a fast paced, global environment.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing studies in data analytics, human resources, business, or related fields who are excited about applying analytics to people processes. You will work under mentorship from senior analysts and HR leaders, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects and to learn how global compensation and benefits programs are designed and managed.
Responsibility
- Support data collection, normalization, and quality checks for Global Rewards compensation and benefits data.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support salary planning and benefits analytics.
- Validate data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems; help data governance and privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Support annual salary review, bonus programs, and benefits benchmarking analyses with stakeholders.
- Participate in data modeling, scenario analysis, and trends exploration to inform reward decisions.
- Assist in testing of new rewards tools and ensuring data flows between systems are accurate.
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries to support ongoing data quality.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in data analytics, HR, business, or a related field; internship required or recent graduate preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or basic data querying is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is desirable.
- Understanding of HR concepts such as compensation, benefits, and payroll data; confidentiality and privacy awareness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross functional teams across regions.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; fluency in English.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and available for the duration of the internship.
