Join Nippon Sanso as an Intern in the Human Resources department and gain broad exposure across HR functions in a multinational setting. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and employee communications. Based in Shah Alam, you will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and learn how HR processes align with business goals. As an Intern, you will assist with maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment campaigns, coordinating interviews, handling new-hire onboarding, preparing HR reports, and supporting events and employee engagement initiatives. You will also gain experience using HR information systems and data entry practices, ensuring data privacy and accuracy. Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end HR administration, including records management and document filing
- Support recruitment campaigns, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Assist in employee engagement programs and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR operations and people development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Fluency in Malay is a plus
