Join Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd as an Internal HR (Recruitment) specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-moving warehouse and logistics environment. Based in Jurong East, Singapore, you will partner with operations leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across a range of roles—from warehouse associates to logistics coordinators. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, process-driven setting.
As an internal recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus programs, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. You will screen resumes, conduct screening calls and interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and deliver timely, compelling candidate experiences. You will also support onboarding activities, HR documentation, and data management to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
Your core responsibilities include developing clear job descriptions, posting vacancies effectively, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant records, and generating recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet staffing needs for warehouse and logistics operations, especially during peak periods.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles, from intake to offer and onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to select top candidates.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS); ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
- Develop engaging job descriptions; post vacancies on job boards, social media, and campus channels.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Drive effective onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation support.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire) and prepare reports for leadership.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR policies; compliance-focused.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting; excellent organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
