Responsibility
- Be the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking international assignees and their families, guiding relocation from policy interpretation through settlement.
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics, including housing search, school placement, visa and immigration support, shipping, and travel arrangements, in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Partner with HR, mobility, and client stakeholders to understand assignment policies and tailor relocation solutions that meet timelines and budgets.
- Provide proactive bilingual communication in Korean and English; maintain timely updates in the CRM and case management systems.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, manage vendor SLAs, and monitor budget adherence.
- Identify and resolve issues or risks during relocations; escalate as needed and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and KPIs for stakeholders; contribute to process improvements and best practices in global mobility.
- Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment requirements; maintain accurate documentation.
Qualification
- Fluent in Korean (written and spoken) and English; excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in relocation, global mobility, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex logistics and work with vendors and clients.
- Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
- Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems and data entry; familiarity with relocation software is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service under pressure.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore or willingness to relocate; on-site presence in Downtown Core, Singapore as required.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
