LOGOS Commerce Sdn. Bhd. invites motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a paid internship in Business Administration. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this program focuses on TikTok Shop marketing and operations, offering hands-on experience at a fast-growing e-commerce company. You will collaborate with marketing and operations professionals to support campaigns, optimize listings, and improve internal processes while gaining real-world exposure to digital sales channels.
During the internship, you will perform a variety of admin and marketing tasks designed to accelerate your professional growth. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a solid foundation in business administration, social media marketing, and data-driven decision making within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Responsibility
- Support TikTok Shop marketing campaigns including content scheduling, product listings, and performance tracking.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, and document control.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to process purchase orders and track shipments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, campaign performance, and operational metrics.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, partners, and team members with professional and timely communication.
- Assist in social media planning and content localization to improve engagement and reach.
- Support ad hoc projects and events, including product launches and promotions.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable handling data and reporting.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce platforms is a plus; passion for digital marketing a bonus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
