Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for Sappo Hille Inc, based in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding stock accuracy, supporting efficient order fulfillment, and ensuring data integrity across our inventory systems.

Your primary focus will be to monitor stock levels, perform regular counts, and update digital records in our warehouse management system (WMS) and ERP. You will collaborate with procurement, warehouse staff, and finance to maintain correct stock levels, respond quickly to discrepancies, and provide reliable data that informs replenishment and production planning. The position requires initiative, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key objectives include maintaining up-to-date inventory records, conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, and optimizing storage through accurate bin locations and labeling. You will contribute to process improvements by suggesting better counting procedures, labeling standards, and FIFO/LIFO practices to reduce errors and improve warehouse efficiency. Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Update stock levels in the warehouse management system (WMS)/ERP and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Label, store, and organize goods with correct bin locations, applying FIFO/LIFO as applicable.
  • Assist with receiving, put-away, and order picking to support timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management and participate in internal and external stock audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in logistics or supply chain a plus.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Experience with inventory control systems, ERP/WMS software, and basic Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
