Responsibility
- Oversee daily inventory management and warehousing operations to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate timely replenishment of materials and products.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies and investigate variances in stock records promptly.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
