Join ManpowerGroup on behalf of a leading biotech client focused on modular, agile multi product facilities that leverage disruptive technology to accelerate vaccine manufacturing. We are seeking an Inventory and Spare Parts Specialist to ensure smooth warehouse operations in Tuas, Singapore.
This contract role manages spare parts and materials essential to manufacturing equipment, maintains precise stock records, and supports production teams with timely part availability. You will work with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance to uphold GMP and GDP standards while driving efficiency in stock control and warehouse workflows.
As part of the supply chain team, you will handle cycle counting, inbound receiving and inspection, and accurate digital documentation in our ERP system. You will organize parts, manage locations and labeling for traceability, and coordinate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies quickly. You will participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce stockouts, obsolescence, and waste, while ensuring audit readiness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to partner with operations, engineering, and QA, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and in the right condition.

Responsibility
- Monitor and manage spare parts and inventory for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system; perform cycle counts and reconciliations
- Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments; coordinate with suppliers and logistics
- Pick, pack, and issue parts for production lines and maintenance; support kitting
- Ensure storage conditions meet GMP GDP requirements and maintain proper labeling and traceability
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality assurance to ensure on-time availability of parts; manage discrepancies and returns
- Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and compliance records
Qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or spare parts management in pharma or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP standards and quality assurance processes
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (eg SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and good data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across departments
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field
- Forklift certification or familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus
