Crystal Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead the warehouse inventory operations at its Navotas City facility. As the Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system, and drive continuous improvements to reduce shrinkage, improve cycle counts, and optimize inventory turns. Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping in a cold storage facility.
- Manage cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and collaborate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Supervise receiving and outbound processes, verifying lot numbers, expiry dates, and traceability.
- Implement and monitor processes that protect product quality, including temperature control and FIFO.
- Coach and develop warehouse staff; enforce safety policies and performance standards.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management reviews.
Qualification
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably in cold storage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to train and motivate staff.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, ERP, and advanced Excel; data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of cold chain practices and safety standards; GMP/HACCP awareness is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and adapt to shift schedules.
