Join Nissen Philippines, Inc., a leading manufacturing company committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an ISO Staff to support our Quality Management System (QMS) and help drive continuous improvement across operations.
The ISO Staff will work closely with the QMR to plan and implement QMS activities, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and assume responsibilities in the QMR's absence. This role offers hands-on experience in document control, internal audits, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include supporting document control, managing records, coordinating non-conformities, and assisting with internal audits and management reviews. You will help monitor process performance, collect data, and prepare reports that inform corrective actions and process improvements. A proactive communicator, you will partner with production, engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to sustain the effectiveness of our QMS.
Qualifications include a relevant degree or diploma, hands-on experience with QMS tools, and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. Responsibility
- Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining the QMS to meet ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements.
- Support document control activities, including creation, revision, and version control of SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Coordinate internal audits, prepare audit checklists, track findings, and help close corrective actions.
- Facilitate non-conformity investigations and support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
- Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and prepare concise reports for management reviews.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on QMS requirements for staff across departments.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to drive continuous process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with QMS tools and ISO 9001 standards; manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and quality systems.
- Proficiency in document control, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a quality-focused role.
