Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Junior Claims Executive to support our insurance claims operations. This contract position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of claims processing, from intake and assessment to reporting and recommendations. You will collaborate with clients, law firms, and internal teams to ensure accurate data capture, policy compliance, and timely communication with all stakeholders. This role provides a solid entry point into the Philippine insurance industry and offers hands-on experience in claim evaluation, documentation, and customer service.

Responsibility
- Coordinate with clients, law firms, and internal teams to manage claims from intake to resolution
- Prepare and update claim files, documentation, and reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform initial claim assessments to determine eligibility, required evidence, and next steps
- Communicate claim status, timelines, and required actions to clients and stakeholders
- Compile and present recommendations for settlements or denials in line with policy terms
- Maintain and update data in the claims management system; generate basic performance metrics
- Support legal teams in case preparation, document collection, and submission
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Insurance, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance support, or related customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally in Filipino as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with claims management systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Customer-service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of local insurance regulations and policy terms
