Finex Capital Holding invites applications for a motivated Junior Legal Executive fluent in Mandarin to join our legal team in Puchong, Selangor. Responsibility

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements, and vendor terms.
  • Support corporate secretarial tasks, maintenance of statutory records, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on regulatory changes impacting the business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain electronic document management systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, vendor compliance, and risk assessment processes.
  • Help with due diligence for corporate transactions and contracting processes.
  • Monitor deadlines, prepare correspondence, and track case progress with minimal supervision.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; minimum year of experience in a junior legal role is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with strong English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian contract law, corporate secretarial tasks, and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
