As a bilingual customer service representative, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers. Responsibility

  • Provide bilingual support in English and Filipino across phone, chat, and email channels

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Filipino

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and handle difficult customers calmly
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
